I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in St. Louis, MO. Choosing a therapist can seem like a difficult task. I believe that therapy works best when you feel you and your therapist are a good fit and that your therapist is someone who can give you the help you are looking for. With that in mind, this website is designed to give you information about me and my practice to help you determine that fit. You can, of course, call me at any point to have a phone discussion to see if we would work well together (See Contact Page).
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and couples on a wide range of issues. My work with clients centers on improving their view of themselves and improving their relationships with others in order to resolve issues of depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. Particular areas of specialization include working with men, couples and young adults. For more on my background, please click here.
If you'd like more information about the services I offer or what kinds of issues I tend to see in my practice, click here.
On this website, you'll also find a blog I contribute to occasionally. When I run across an article, some research, or when I have some tips on improving relationships, handling stress or things that I think might be of interest to those who visit my website, I post it to my blog
My practice is conveniently located at Hwy. 40/64 and Hwy. 141 (Woods Mill Rd) and is accessible. For more information on my location or how to contact me, click here. Evening appointments are available.
